Cooking Recipe: Tabbouleh (Arabic Salad)

Ingredients:


Bulgur (57g)
Boiled water
Parsley (200g)
Onion (100g)
1-2 lemons
2 Tomatoes
Cucumber

First, put the bulgur in a container, squeeze 1 or 2 lemons and pour their juice into the bulgur. Let's leave it there for a moment. Chop the tomatoes into small pieces and put them in a bowl. We do the same with the cucumber, onions and parsley. After we have thrown everything in a bowl, we take the bulgur, and throw it to combine with these. Note that the parsley should dominate. Mix well and finally add salt, a little black pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Enjoy it!

Ne fillim vendosim bulgurin ne nje ene, shtrydhim 1 ose 2 limone dhe lengun e tyre e hedhim te bulguri. I lejme per nje moment aty. Marrim domatet i grijme ne copa te vogla dhe i hedhim ne nje tas. Te njejten gje bejme edhe me kastravecin, qepet dhe majdanozin. Pasi i kemi hedhur te gjitha ne nje tas, marrim bulgurin, dhe e hedhim per ta bashkuar me keto. Kini parasysh se majdanozi duhet te mbizoteroje. I perziejme mire dhe ne fund hedhim kripe, pak piper te zi, vaj ulliri dhe leng limoni.
