Croissant with nutella

The ingredients for the dough are:
500 grams of flour,
200 ml of milk,
2 eggs,
1 loaf of bread,
1 vanilla,
150 g of sugar,
2 spoons of honey,
nutella for the filling,
and an egg yolk,
We make the dough, let it rest until it doubles in size, then roll it out into a large patty.
We cut the boom into triangles and in the middle of each triangle we put a spoonful of nutella.
We collect the triangles from the thick part to the end making them rolls and leave them again on the paper tray to double in size.
Then, brush them with egg yolk mixed with a little milk and bake them at 180° for 15 minutes.

Krosan me nutella
Perberesit per brumin jane:
500 gr miell,
200 ml qumesht,
2 veze,
1 maja buke,
1 vanilje,
150 gr sheqer,
2 luge mjalte,
nutella per mbushjen,
dhe nje te verdhe veze,
Bejme brumin, e leme te pushoje sa te dyfishohet me pas e hapim ne nje pete te madhe.
E presim bumin ne trekendesha dhe ne mes te çdo trekendeshi veme nje luge kafe me nutella.
I mbledhim trekendeshat nga pjesa e trashe deri ne fund duke i bere role dhe i leme perseri ne tepsi me leter te dyfishohen.
Me pas, i lyejme nga siper me te verdhe veze te perziere me pak qumesht dhe i pjekim ne 180° per 15 minuta.
