Tiramisu


Ingredients:
300 g savoiardi biscuits (or petit beurre)
* 5 eggs
* 7 tablespoons of sugar
* 400 gr. mascarpone cheese
* 2 tablespoons Nescafe (or espresso coffee)
* cocoa
Preparation:
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Put the yolks in a container, add 4 tablespoons of sugar and mix with a mixer. Then add 400g of mascarpone and mix with a mixer. In another container, pour the egg whites and mix with a mixer until thick. After it thickens, add 3 tablespoons of sugar and stir with a spoon, then add this mixture to the egg yolks. Put the savoiardi biscuits in the glass pan (you can also use simple biscuits (biscotti secchi)), which you must first put in a container where you have melted nescafe or espresso coffee. Arrange the cookies in such a way that the part with sugar is on top. Pour the cream prepared with mascarpone on top, then in the same way the cookies soaked in coffee and again on top of the cream and finally pour cocoa on top. Leave it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Pergatitja:
Ndani te bardhat e vezeve nga te verdhat. Ne nje ene hidhni te verdhat, shtoni 4 luge gjelle sheqer dhe perzini me mikser. Pastaj shtoni 400gr mascarpone dhe perzini me mikser. Ne nje ene tjeter hidhni te bardhat e vezeve dhe perzini me mikser derisa te trashet. Pasi te trashet shtoni 3 luge gjelle sheqer dhe perzini me luge, pastaj kete mase shtojani asaj me te verdhat e vezeve. Ne tepsine prej qelqi vini biskotat savoiardi(mund te perdorni edhe biskota te thjeshta (biscotti secchi)) te cilat me perpara duhet ti kaloni ne nje ene ku keni shkrire nescafen ose me kafe ekspres. Biskotat rreshtojini ne menyre qe pjesa me sheqer te jete lart. Siper hidhni kremin e pergatitur me mascarpone, pastaj ne te njejten menyre biskotat e lagura ne kafe dhe perseri siper kremin dhe ne fund hidhni kakao persiper. Lereni ne frigorifer per te pakten 3 ore.
