Some foods contain the right ingredients to protect the skin from serious damage caused by sunlight. Among them are listed:
Tomatoes, green leafy vegetables such as spinach, arugula, flax seeds, avocados, carrots, cherries, rye, cheese and yogurt, as well as fish. A breakfast which can contain most of these items is:
A toast with:
-rye or wheat bread, with bran
-avocado or olive oil
-tomatoes, cucumbers, cottage cheese
-green leaves
- some corn on the cob, boiled
AND
- carrot juice with flax seeds and some celery!
